Overview
The 330 container trailer is designed with a solid, flat platform made with two main beams, and a rugged outer channel with a 5/16” skid plate and side rail built in. The full-width solid approach plate has four keyhole tie-downs. The 330 is also available with a single drop frame to haul high cube containers. The tilt design provides a 12° load angle that allows container placement with hydraulic control at all times. Place containers right on target – beside buildings, in alleyways, or behind and within retail warehouses. Choose the optional Chain Drive Load System to move multiple boxes on the same load. Other equipment includes full 25,000-lbs. air-brake axles, spring brakes, and 255/70R 22.5 tires. Built with a rugged frame and heavy-duty components, it’s a trailer that will perform for years. * Capacity ratings are frame capacities only. About traveling axle trailers
On a traveling axle trailer the axle assembly slides forward hydraulically until the rear of the deck touches the ground, turning the whole deck into a ramp. Equipment loads from the rear without a detachable neck or separate ramps, which makes it fast for one operator. Popular with rental yards and contractors moving mid-size machines and containers, with capacities typically from 25 to 55 tons.
